How do we get the message that the kids are sending out... to the parents, teachers and MIS persons (that.. are in control??)

How do we react/ to MIS? approach rather than the visionary approach of the digital student?

What do I need to know in order to be a part of the WEB2.0 safely and securely?

     parent?...............    teacher?  ......       media specialist?.........

Do we need to start using sites like http://www.curriwiki.com/?   ....

How do we protect our infrastructure from malicious content without limiting the potential for WEB2.0 in the educational setting?

How do we protect our users in an educational setting from being vulnerable to issues of security and privacy?

Here is something from Crystal a fellow MDE..............

I am getting ready to work on wikis with my students and I came across a

great site.

wikispaces.com is giving away 100,000 free K-12 Plus wikis. It includes all

the features and benefits that normally cost $50/year - for free. No fine

print, no usage limits, and no advertising.

I find this site very easy to use and can't wait to get started with my

kids.

Here is the info....

Enjoy!
